ALIENS on my Mind
7/17/07

Today I am going to reveal to you one of my deepest and most guarded desires. Well, okay, its not that guarded. I tell pretty much anyone and everyone. I have a deep desire to look up into the sky and see a UFO. Pretty hot, ha? Its true. I have been known to come close to burning my retina staring into the sky, just hoping to catch a glimpse. I have been known to lie on my back in wet grass looking into the stars, straining to see oddities. And I have seen some oddities. Flying oddities. But I havent seen anything wowie wow or earth shattering. I constantly ask people, however, friends, family members and strangers alike, have you ever seen a ufo? Nine times out of ten, people have stories, however small or unimpressive, most people have seen . . . something in their day.
On todays show, youll hear some of the more juicy UFO stories Ive heard. Ah, a show about nut jobs, youre thinking. Not so. In fact, not one of my guests could be classified as a nut jobat least not in my personal cognitive nut job classification system. No, really, these are totally 100% regular Joes. We begin at a UFO lecture I went to recently at the Blue Iguana Room on North Street in Pittsfield. The lecturer was local astronomer and physicist Woody Printz but some members of the audience had interesting tales to tell

My UFO search then took me to the wide open wilderness of Savoy, to see a man named Marshal Rosenthal. His first encounter took place in 1959, when he was in college.
